Chenrezig Mani Drubcho
Details
Chenrezig Mani Drubcho
The Chenrezig Mani Drupcho is a special group retreat centered on Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of Compassion. In this practice, participants visualize Chenrezig and recite the six-syllable mantra Om Mani Padme Hung. Through this meditation and mantra recitation, practitioners cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhichitta—the wish for all beings to be free from suffering and attain enlightenment. At the same time, the practice purifies negative karma and obscurations, helping to transform one’s mind and actions.
The benefits of this practice are vast. On a personal level, it deepens compassion and inner peace. On a wider level, it is dedicated to the well-being of all beings, with the aspiration to help bring relief from suffering such as illness, conflict, and hardship, and to contribute to peace and harmony in the world.
