Mahayana Buddhist’ Vows and Nyungne Practice

Details
Bodhi Path DC is happy to host Shenyen Lama Jampa who will give Mahayana Vows and teach on the profound practice of Nyungne.
Mahayana practitioners who have taken Refuge and the Bodhisattva Vow may wonder how best to practice Buddhism and make progress along the path. With that interest in mind, Shenyen Lama Jampa will provide an introduction to the Five Upāsaka/Upāsikā Precepts, the Mahayana Sojong Vow and an overview of the Nyungne Fasting practice.
Interested participants may join the session in person or online and we will also have an online translator assist Lama Jampa with his translation.
