Practice together as the sun rises out of the sea with the light touching our face, the wind in our hair and hearing the sound of the sea and the seagulls.

Come and breathe and move together to start our day in gratitude!

Daily offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, dance, chanting, massage & meditation by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises hand and hand together in the cold sea water. Or just dive in and feel invigorated! After that there’s generally a coffee and the BEST croissant in BCN not far away in the park ! We are a family!

60€ MONTHLY UNLIMITED Option! Come to as many classes as you want! (1st to end of month)

15€ drop in (*If this is your first class this amount will be deducted from the cost of any pack!)

85€ for 10 class pack (3 months expiry date)

Private sessions available on request. 75€ per session. 5 for 250€.
