Introduction to Vipassana Meditation at the Bodhi Tree

Details
We are pleased to offer an introduction to Vipassana Meditation every Saturday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 am, starting this Saturday, February 15th, and continuing for eight weeks.
Class Description:
Based on the Satipattana Sutta (Discourse on Development of Mindfulness), this class will guide you in cultivating moment-to-moment awareness of bodily sensations and the activity of the heart-mind, all while maintaining a non-judgmental stance. This practice brings clarity of mind and ease of heart, qualities especially valuable in these challenging times. Through cultivating wisdom and kindness, we can find greater harmony and peace amidst life's inevitable grief and sorrow.
Ehi passiko. Come and see for yourself.
