Yoga Nidra
Details
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, sometimes called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into a state of deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. In this restful state, brain waves shift, the nervous system resets, and healing can occur on multiple levels.
This practice is especially supportive for:
- Stress, anxiety, and insomnia
- Chronic illness and pain management
- Emotional healing and resilience
- Clarity, creativity, and spiritual connection
- Unlike traditional meditation, Yoga Nidra does not require effort or concentration—you simply lie down, follow the guidance, and allow yourself to rest**.**
🎶 Sound Healing
Following each Yoga Nidra session, I offer sound healing with crystal singing bowls. These bowls are tuned to the body’s energy centers (chakras) and create vibrations that calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and invite harmony. The sound waves resonate not only in the ears but also within the cells of the body, bringing a sense of wholeness and peace.
The combination of Yoga Nidra and sound healing offers a powerful pathway to deep rest, restoration, and inner balance.
