The Power of An Open Heart

We hear a lot about peace and goodwill during the festive season. But when it comes down to it the holidays can sometimes be challenging and even stressful, as all kinds of social events bring us up close and personal with family members, friends and work colleagues.

In this workshop we will learn some simple ways to help us stay present and relaxed, and begin to expand the feelings of love and connection that we have for those around us.

We will see how we can work with difficulties we have in our relationships with others, and explore how to show a bit more kindness to ourselves.

Kimberly Poppe is a meditation teacher who has received personal instruction from some of the greatest Tibetan Buddhist masters of our time. She leads workshops and retreats in many countries and is the co-founder of bodhi.
