Step away from the noise and into a moment of calm with Bodhtri.
This session is designed as a gentle reset for both body and mind. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow, intentional yoga stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and bring awareness back into the body. No prior experience is required. Just come as you are.

The second half of the experience is a 30-minute guided meditation focused on grounding, breath, and presence. Expect a quiet, supportive space that allows you to slow down, reconnect, and settle into stillness.
After the session, stay and unwind with complimentary refreshments. Coffee and tea will be provided, offering space for relaxed conversation, reflection, and connection with fellow Bodhtri seekers.

This gathering is about moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and creating space for yourself in a warm, welcoming environment. Thoughtful. Grounded. Unrushed.
