An introductory session for beginners to learn the basics of Body & Brain exercises. This class is FREE for first-time participants! Qigong combines intentional movements with mindful breathing to develop and balance the body’s qi – vital energy. It is known to provide benefits for physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual purposes. The long-term goal is to have a healthy body, a happy heart, and a powerful brain that allows you to create peace in your life. Dress in comfortable clothing that lets you move around freely. Bring your water bottle to hydrate before and after class.
