About us
This group exists to help builders start.
Not talk about ideas. Not endlessly plan. Not optimize productivity systems.
Start. Execute. Ship.
Body doubling is simple: it’s easier to begin when others around you are also working. For many people—especially those with ADHD or neurodivergent brains—the hardest part isn’t knowing what to do. It’s crossing the activation barrier to start. This group exists to lower that barrier.
We host weekly in-person working sessions at a public library in NYC. You bring your project. You sit down. You work. Others do the same. No forced networking. No performative productivity. Just a room full of people building.
This group is for:
Software engineers building side projects or startups
Writers, designers, and creatives working on personal work
Founders and aspiring founders
Neurodivergent builders, who may struggle with task initiation
Anyone with ideas they’re tired of not executing on
This group was created by a builder with ADHD who got tired of procrastinating on ideas that mattered. The goal is to create an environment where execution becomes easier through presence, accountability, and shared intent.
The structure of sessions is intentionally lightweight and will evolve as the group grows. For now, expect focused working time, optional introductions, and space for accountability. We’ll shape it together based on what actually helps people build.
You don’t need to be experienced. You just need to show up with something you want to work on.
Come build.
