Join us to discuss our personal experiences with BDD!

1. Share our lived experience of BDD in a confidential, non-judgmental space.
2. Trade coping strategies, things that have genuinely helped us (not “just love yourself” platitudes).
3. Celebrate victories, so that your progress in managing or overcoming BDD can inspire others.

The facilitator is a trained peer supporter, and have lived with body dysmorphic disorder through their early 20s.
