Join us for a gentle introduction to somatic practices. Together, we’ll explore simple, guided activities that nurture the body–mind connection and help build a sense of community. Through movement, breath, and sharing, we’ll explore our personal desires and challenges — all within a safe, welcoming space.
All activities are optional: your no is always respected, and you are welcome to participate simply as a witness.
