Come learn the best workout for your body. The beauty of this Cut-Cardio-Core class is that I help you easily modify moves that work for you. I've trained people with chronic pain, fitness professionals, and adults in their 70s. My motto is there is always something you can do. Not to punish, but to celebrate your body. πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

For this first workout, I'm offering a $5 introductory rate. We'll be outside so please dress in comfortable clothes, sneakers, and bring a yoga mat (or towel) and a water bottle.
