Work doesn't always have to be painful.

Join us on 15 October to co-work and build the habit of taking regular movement breaks.

We use the Pomodoro technique, working in focused 30-minute work blocks, followed by guided 10-minute breaks to shake out tension from the body.

With each break, we'll explore different kinds of activities: mobility exercises, breathwork, self-massage, and dynamic movement.

These guided activities are optional. You're welcome to just take the movement break in your own way, at your own pace.

WHO AM I?
Hi, I'm Tara. I've been a massage therapist and bodyworker for over 8 years, and most of the people I work with are desk workers carrying a lot of accumulated tension.

Its become clear to me that so much of it comes from long hours of uninterrupted sitting and stress. I'm often reminding clients to set movement break alarms and build small moments of self-massage into their day.

This coworking space is my way of taking that one step further, practicing the habit together, not just talking about it.

RSVP
Meetup registration is capped at 10, but you're welcome to come along without registering. See you there!
