Authenticity in Action
Details
Do you ever feel like you're performing instead of showing up as your real self? You're not alone — and it was never your fault.
Somewhere, you learned that being fully yourself wasn't safe. So you started performing. You got good at it, agreeable, easy, "it's fine." And underneath the performance has been a quiet weight you've carried for years: the fear of being too much, the guilt of taking up space, the shame of needing anything at all.
I built this work to free people from exactly that. Because you were never broken, and you don't have to be afraid to be yourself.
In this session we go underneath the performance to the belief that taught you to hide, and the self that's been waiting there the whole time. You won't just understand it. You'll feel the shift, live, in the room. This isn't a talk about body language or a list of confidence tips. It's the beginning of coming home to who you actually are and showing up with a presence that doesn't have to be faked, because it's finally true.
🔹 What you'll experience:
- Why "just be more confident" has never worked — and the real block underneath it
- The two needs that quietly trained you to perform, and how to reclaim the one you buried
- A live, guided moment to feel and release what you've been holding the part you can't do alone at 11pm with a journal
- What it feels like to be yourself without apology, guilt, or the fear of being too much
📣 Ideal for: the recovering people-pleaser, the one who's tired of "it's fine," professionals, introverts, creatives — anyone craving connection that doesn't cost them themselves.
You don't have to earn the right to be yourself. Come find out what's underneath the performance.
