You've been playing small for so long it started to feel like personality. You're not shy. You're stuck. And on June 13th that changes.

You're smart. You're capable.

So why does it still feel this hard?

  • You walk into a room and immediately feel like you don't belong even when you know you do
  • You freeze when it matters most. The words are there. Your body won't let them out.
  • You replay conversations for days after what you should have said, how you should have stood your ground
  • People talk over you, ignore your ideas, or simply don't take you as seriously as you deserve
  • You say yes when you mean no and carry the weight of it long after

This isn't a personality flaw.

It isn't something you were born with.

It's a pattern. And patterns can be changed.

Not by learning more information about confidence but by practicing it until your body stops treating every social moment like a threat.

83% of people in our workshops say they don't consistently feel seen in rooms where they should be heard

69% reported a genuine perspective shift after just one session before any ongoing practice

What People Are Saying About Our In-Person Workshops - Watch

The Framework

Three pillars. One complete shift.

Most confidence programs only touch one layer. This workshop addresses all three the beliefs driving your behaviour, the nervous system patterns keeping you stuck, and the physical skills that change how the world responds to you.

01 - Thoughts & Beliefs
Identify What's Running the Show

Most of what's holding you back isn't a lack of skill it's a belief that was formed before you had the tools to question it. We'll identify the specific patterns keeping you invisible and start dismantling them in the room.

02 - Emotions & Nervous System
Regulate Before You Communicate

You can't show up confidently when your body is in threat mode. You'll learn practical nervous system regulation tools so that high-stakes moments stop triggering your fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response.

03 - Behaviour & Body Language
Practice Until It Becomes You

Posture, eye contact, voice, movement, and presence, these aren't things you either have or don't. They're skills. You'll practice them in the room with real-time feedback until they feel like yours.

Whether you're the smartest person in the room who still gets talked over in meetings, or the expert who freezes when it matters most — this is built for you.

Agenda

09:15 AM: Registration

09:30 AM: Welcome & Intention Setting
Opening exercises to ground the room. You'll set your personal intention for the day and meet the 19 people who chose to show up alongside you.

10:00 AM: The Root Cause — Where Invisibility Starts
Why your body learned to play small. The science of conditioning, core beliefs, and why knowing better has never been enough on its own.

10:45 AM: Identify Your Patterns
Guided workbook exercises to pinpoint the specific belief driving your social habits. You'll leave this session with something most people spend years in therapy trying to find.

12:00 PM: Lunch
Included. A genuine break and one of the most valuable parts of the day. Conversations over lunch are where shifts become real.

1:00 PM: Nervous System Tools
Practical regulation techniques you'll practice in the room. The goal is not to eliminate nerves, it's to stop your body from treating social moments like survival situations.

2:00 PM Body Language Intensive
Live demonstrations, partner practice, and real-time feedback on posture, eye contact, voice, and presence. You'll walk into the room as one version of yourself and walk out as another.

3:30 PM Difficult Conversations Practice
The moment you've been avoiding. Role-play the conversation, the boundary, the pushback with feedback that sticks.

4:15 PM Closing & Integration
What you're taking home. Your one commitment for the week ahead. And the answer to the question the whole day has been building toward.

FAQ

Is this for me if I'm really introverted?

Yes — and in many ways this workshop was built with you in mind. Most of Simba's 12,000+ community members describe themselves as introverts, overthinkers, or people who've felt overlooked. Being introverted is not the problem. The patterns built on top of it are. This workshop gives you tools that work with your nature rather than trying to turn you into someone you're not.

I've done other workshops and the change never sticks. Why would this be different?

Because most workshops give you information and send you home. This one gives you reps. The body language practice, the nervous system regulation tools, and the difficult conversation roleplays are all done in the room — not described and left for you to figure out later. Research consistently shows that skills practiced in context transfer to real life. Content consumed doesn't. That's the difference.

What if I can't make it after registering?

Life happens. Contact us at least 7 days before the event and we'll transfer your registration to the next available date. Because cohort sizes are intentionally small, we're not able to offer refunds within 7 days of the event — but we will always find a way to make it right.

What's the difference between Full Experience and Full Transformation?

The workshop experience is identical across all tiers. Full Transformation adds one full year of Confidence Academy — which includes 34+ workshops with workbooks, weekly Practice Lab sessions with Simba, unlimited access to the AI Practice Centre, and the private community. The Academy is where the real long-term shift happens. At $497 the combined value is significantly higher than the price.

Why only 20 people?

Because real change doesn't happen in a lecture hall. It happens in a room small enough that you can be seen, coached in real time, and held accountable by the people next to you. Twenty people is not a limitation. It's the whole point.

Is this for professionals or is it more personal development?

Both and that's intentional. The skills you practice here, presence, nervous system regulation, assertive communication, body language — are equally valuable in a boardroom, a difficult personal conversation, a first date, or a family dinner. Most attendees come for one reason and discover they needed it for three others they hadn't named yet.

Facilitator

Simba Nyazika - Body Language & Communication Expert

Simba Nyazika arrived in Canada from Zimbabwe in 2005 as a shy teenager navigating a culture where the rules of communication were entirely different from everything he had known. Limited eye contact that signalled respect back home signalled lack of confidence, untrustworthiness here. The silence that meant dignity there meant discomfort here. He had to relearn how to show up not by changing who he was, but by understanding how the body communicates before a word is ever spoken. That experience planted the seed for everything that followed.

Today Simba is one of Canada's leading experts in body language, confidence, and communication — a neuroscientist, behaviour consultant, tech founder, keynote speaker, and the architect of a 12,000-person community built on a single belief: the gap between who you are and who you want to be is not information. It's action.

His credentials span two distinct worlds that rarely intersect. In the clinical and research world, Simba holds dual BSc degrees in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Alberta and spent over a decade as a Behaviour Consultant working with children and adults with autism, ADHD, social anxiety, and social skills challenges applying evidence-based protocols including Applied Behaviour Analysis, the Neuro-Relational Framework, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.

In 2017 he co-founded Lenica Research Group, a neurotechnology company that developed Peak Cognition, a VR-enhanced cognitive performance platform built in collaboration with the University of Alberta that has been used to train pro-level athletes, including Olympians, by improving complex movement perception, situational awareness, processing speed, and working memory. Lenica was featured in CTV News Edmonton, Globe Newswire, and Yahoo Finance, and established international partnerships with Allegori Neuroscience in Trinidad and Tobago and Health Gauge in Edmonton.

In the human development world, Simba is the founder of the Body Language Training Institute and Confidence Academy — a practice-first training ecosystem that has reached professionals, executives, healthcare workers, and everyday people across North America through virtual workshops, an Academy membership, and corporate engagements. He is the host of The Simba Mindset Podcast and the owner and host of The Resilient Mind Podcast. He has been featured in CTV News, CBC Radio's Radio Active, Authority Magazine (two features), Medium, Edify Magazine, OMTimes Radio, and CourseMethod.

In 2023, Edify Magazine named him Edmonton's Business Leaders of the Year.

His work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and human behaviour, clinical expertise and lived experience, research and real-world practice. He doesn't teach confidence as a concept. He teaches it as a skill and builds the environments where people practice it until their body believes it.
