The way you treat yourself is running your whole life, and most of us treat ourselves worse than we'd ever treat someone we love.

You'd never speak to a friend the way you speak to yourself. You'd never hold them to the standard you hold yourself to, or withhold your kindness the way you withhold it from you. So why is it so hard to turn that warmth inward?

Because somewhere, you learned your worth was conditional. That you had to earn it, perform for it, get it right first. And underneath that belief has been a quiet weight: the self-judgment, the perfectionism, the shame that whispers you're not quite enough as you are.

I built this work to free people from exactly that, because your worth was never something you had to earn, and there was never anything wrong with you.

In this session we go underneath the inner critic to the belief that created it, and you'll feel something shift, live, in the room, not just understand it. This isn't a lecture or a checklist of habits. It's the beginning of coming home to yourself, and learning to meet your own reflection with the compassion you've been saving for everyone else.

šŸ”¹ What you'll experience:

  • Why you treat yourself worse than you treat others, and the belief underneath it
  • How conditional worth gets installed, and how to start unlearning it
  • A live, guided moment to meet and soften the inner critic, the part you can't reach alone at 11pm with a journal
  • What it feels like to accept yourself without earning it first

šŸ“£ Ideal for: anyone carrying self-judgment, perfectionism, or "not enough," the recovering people-pleaser, and anyone ready to stop performing for their own approval.

What if nothing is wrong with you? Come find out.
