Happy, Healing Walking In Nature in The Winter

Let's increase our happiness with one step at a time!
We will meet up and get organized at Westridge Wolf Willow Playground, T5T 4J3, then go for a West End walk of about 50-75 minutes.
We will meet to walk here on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays every month from spring to fall.

NOTE: We are asking attendees to help by paying a small amount, as I receive an invoice twice a year for hosting Meetups. The cost has increased to $527 per year. I would appreciate a small contribution from each of you at the event. All money goes towards the Meetup organizer fee. Thank you! :)

If it ever snows or rains heavily during our walk, we will meet at Swirl Cafe - 6825 177 Street, T5T 4K3.

This is a chance to turn off your cell phones, be present with a group of wonderful people, and make new friends.

Nothing to bring. Wear comfortable, warm or cool clothing, depending on the weather, and walking shoes or boots. Also, it's best to leave our pets at home, as some people may be allergic to them.
