About us
In this 4-week series, we'll delve into the integration of voice, breath, awareness and movement. A blend of gentle movement lessons and somatic practices will help us release tension, free the breath and voice, and enhance our physical presence — both on and off the stage. No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method is necessary, just a willingness to explore and engage with your body, voice, and self-expression.
