In this 4-week series, we’ll explore how we integrate the subtle motion of voice, breath, and functional movements of the body. Body-Mind Centering and Feldenkrais movement lessons, along with mindful practices, will help us uncover habitual patterns that obstruct our bodies’ natural abilities. Results include more efficient breathing, mobility, releasing of unnecessary tension, and freeing your voice. This series is for all levels. Bring a blanket and/or mat. $50 for series, pay at your first class.
