In this 4-week series, we’ll explore how we integrate the subtle motion of voice, breath, and functional movements of the body. Body-Mind Centering and Feldenkrais movement lessons will help uncover habitual patterns that obstruct our bodies’ natural abilities. Results include more efficient breathing, mobility, releasing of unnecessary tension, and freeing your voice. No prior experience necessary, all are welcome. (Bring a blanket and/or mat). $50 for series, pay at first class.
