BodyLoveAF is based in the Bay Area of California. This Yoga is about embracing all body types! Especially welcoming curvy people of all genders and all sizes. Come experience what it is like doing a Yoga class with a diverse population!

Things we focus on in my classes:

- Tapping into your breath and exploring different elements of deep relaxation

- How to find EASE in your body through movement - using lots of Yoga props (provided!)

-Stretching! Learning how to listen to your body through DYNAMIC movements & finding stillness.

-Finding what feels good to move in your body!

-Exploring BALANCE in all it's glory - mentally and physically

We will not be:

-In pain! Sometimes you need to go to a Yoga class to realize you need to rest! that is OK too!

-All props provided (bring a mat if you have one)

Join Angi for some relaxing and energizing Chair BodyLove Yoga every Thursday on zoom @ Noon PST. 30 minutes to ground, unwind, get centered and move your beautiful joints. We start with a meditation, move our bodies (seating and standing options) and then end with a meditation. Video can be on or off. Focus is around acceptance, ease and moving what feels good in that moment.

Drop in! - Gentle BodyLove Yoga (IN PERSON - Berkeley)

PLEASE EMAIL ME IF $$$ is reason you cannot attend! I have monthly scholarships available. Entrance on BONAR street, not addison.

This was a 4 week series, that is now drop in until September!

  • Tapping into different styles of breath and learning meditation techniques.
  • How to find EASE in your body through movement. Using dynamic movements and sustained asanas to find your full expression of a pose.
    -Finding what feels good to move in your body, and experiencing where your edge of growth is with your unique body.
    -Exploring BALANCE in all it's glory - mentally and physically.
    We will not be:
    -In pain! Sometimes you need to go to a yoga class to realize you need to rest! that is OK too!

​All props provided, please bring a mat if you have one. Location is up two flights of stairs, then turn right.

If you are new to this class please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in with Angela.
