城市中的我們 被忙碌生活推著走
忘記呼吸 身體失去活力
漸漸我們相信自己已經變老變弱了
其實
只有當我們停止對世界好奇、探索與遊玩
我們才真的變老了
不如 給自己的身與心一個機會出走
與我一起 讓頭腦休息
容許身體的流動練習 連繫釋放壓力的呼吸 探索心之所向
發現身體練習的遊玩 所能帶來的未知、勇氣與快樂

In the city, we are pushed by the hustle and bustle of life, forgetting to breathe and losing energy. Slowly, we start to believe we are getting older and weaker. But in truth, we only truly age when we stop being curious, exploring, and playing with the world.
Why not give your body and mind a chance to escape? Join me in letting your mind rest. Allow your body to engage in fluid movements, connect with the breath that releases stress, and explore where your heart leads. Discover the unknown, courage, and joy that body practice and play can bring.
Thanks to @thirsty.hk for the invitation, a place still full of stories and imagination. Aside from the exchange and sharing of different cultures, travels, and books, they have created an opportunity for a weekend of good rest from September 12th to 14th. They invite different creators to share their imaginations through senses such as movement, smell, hearing, touch, and more, aiming to bring people closer together, reconnecting body and mind.
During the Movement class on Sunday, September 14th, from 4 to 6:30 pm, I will share my expertise in various body and mind practices. From yoga, animal flow, budokon , to floor work and movement, using the body to express and exploring different uses and practices of the body.
