Tao Healing Yoga is a slow-paced, restorative form of yoga. It establishes the foundation of a yoga practice with emphasis on:
• Breath work
• Meditation
• Tapping
• Stretching
Tao Healing Yoga is beneficial to the entire body as it heals the body and the mind. This class is perfect for those who have low energy, are recovering from an injury or illness, or are dealing with emotional stress. This class puts you in state of deep relaxation. It fosters a healthy balance of mind, body, and spirit, resulting in an overall feeling of inner peace and mental and physical well-being. Restore and revitalize with Tao Healing Yoga.
