Health, happiness and peace are not far away. Body & Brain practice helps you achieve your mind-body goals by revitalizing the brain with meditation and exercise, producing a healthier mind-body connection and overall condition. Our trained instructors utilize simple and powerful techniques that are appropriate for anyone - we welcome students of all ages and backgrounds.
MINDFULNESS CLASSES: Mindful Stretching, Energy Boost for Immunity, Developing Energy Sensitivity, Mind & Body Detox, Tai Chi, KiGong, Core Strengthening both online and in-studio.
PLEASE NOTE: Every 1st of the month the Tempe center is closed for in-service training and development. There will be no on-site or on-line classes available.

- 2 preparation training sessions (45 minutes each with the center manager)
- 1 post training session with the main trainer (2 hours)
For over twenty years, hundreds of thousands of people worldwide have taken advantage of the Finding True Self workshop to rediscover their true self. This workshop helps each individual to connect with his/her core sense of being and understand his/her patterns of relating to others.
This workshop is an opportunity to deeply connect to yourself and to what it is you truly want for your life. For one full day, you will receive training, activities, and guidance that will help you go beyond the pattern of your thoughts and emotions to find the motivation and drive that lies within you for personal transformation.
The workshop explores ways to maintain a sense of self-awareness and compassion as an integral part of daily life. Participants learn to reflect on the relationship between intention and actions, and how this resonates within the body. In this way, they can uncover the patterns and habits that have sabotages their enjoyment of life. Finding True Self uniquely emphasizes feeling and knowing the true self experientially, rather than approaching it through intellectual understanding.

• Able to handle your stress in a more constructive manner
• Able to strengthen your meaningful relationships in a mutually beneficial way
If you feel that you have lost the passion and reason behind your daily activities, this workshop can open a door for you to connect back inside with that spark, open your heart, and heal the patterns that have influenced the course of your life. The workshop includes yoga and other basic exercises adjusted to individual physical abilities, games and guided interactions with other participants, as well as deep breathing and meditation. Finding True Self is offered by Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi once a month.

Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise based on East Asian energy principles and martial arts. Rather than a series of poses, it uses energy meridian stretching and joint rotation, vibration and breathing exercises, energy meditations, and flowing formations to awaken practitioners’ ability to feel their own energy—the medium that connects the body and brain. Through the smooth, graceful movements of the practice, Tai Chi creates space in the mind, emotions, and energy. It is a moving meditation that results in inner stillness.
