Body of Knowledge is for people who want to learn through the body — not just the mind.

If you spend most of your time thinking, planning, or pushing through pressure, this group offers a different entry point: awareness through movement, attention, and experience.

Sessions blend nature-based practice, somatic exercises, and experiential learning to build calm, clarity, and capacity under pressure. You’ll explore how your body shapes perception, communication, and decision-making — and leave with practical ways to stay present and effective in daily life.

Expect a mix of workshops, special events online and in person - all part of my mission to support people to return to the wisdom within their body.
