Pranayama is the ancient practice of controlling your breath. You control the timing, duration, and frequency of every breath. The goal of pranayama is to connect your body and mind.

Benefits: reduce stress, improve sleep quality, increase mindfulness, reduce high blood pressure, improves lung function, increases immunity and many more...

I am practicing Pranayama since more than 10 years and would be glad to share it. Look forward to meeting you in person at my place with a Yoga mat following social distancing.

Please make sure you do not eat and drink a lot, at least 2 hours before the session.
