Awe Walk — Slow Down. Notice More.

Awe is the moment something stops you—a view, a sound, light through trees. It widens perspective and quiets mental noise.
We will go slow. Stop. Discover. Be present to what spring and nature has to offer.

An awe walk is a forest bathing practice rooted in being with nature with all your senses for well-being. It is a slow, slow meandering walk with nature.

Research shows brief awe walks increase positive emotion and connection, and reduce daily distress.
You’ll leave feeling relaxed and restored for the week ahead. You'll learn how to spend time with nature for your well-being.
