Join us every Wednesday at the bodysmart physio pilates run club to meet like minded individuals and get your body moving. We start with 5 minutes pre-activation / warm up, run an easy paced 5k (at your own pace) and finish with 10 minutes mobility back in the clinic.

We are a friendly bunch and would love to see you there! Aim to be there for 6 and we will head off around 6.05 on our run.
