Looking for effective, energizing fitness classes in Frankfurt – without the pressure of big gyms or rigid programs?
Welcome to Bodyweight Fitness Frankfurt. Here, it’s not about perfection or performance. It’s about movement that fits into real life and makes you feel stronger – physically and mentally.
We train in small groups (4–6 people), right in the city center between Hauptwache and Eschenheimer Tor. All classes are taught in English (bilingual if needed) and combine focused coaching, supportive energy, and workouts that leave you feeling accomplished – not exhausted.

Tabata Afterburn is your ultimate way to release the day’s tension, sweat it out, and finish feeling unstoppable.
