Goal: improve strength, condition, balance and coordination

What: warmup, intense interval training, cool down, short breathing session (5min)

How long: 60-70 min

What to bring: a yoga mat, water and mosquito spray

€: Donations of 1-5€ are welcome, as meetup is charging quite a lot of money now for hosting events here.
