Details
The best way to water your garden is rain water! We'll look at how to observe rain fall, how runoff flows through your garden, and how to capture more water into the soil using permaculture swales and berms.
After the discussion we'll learn how to use an A-Frame to trace contours and dig a swale or three!
Please bring gloves, drinking water, sun covering, lawn chair, note book, and a shovel if you have one!
Suitable for all levels of gardners, enthusiasts, or anyone who want to learn a little more about natural passive water catchment.
We'll meet in the oak grove behind the house.
