She bought her first rental house 6 years ago and owns a total of 12 doors, 1 owner finance, and 2 arbitrage Airbnbs. She runs 8 mid-term Airbnbs. She also manages her partner’s 7 rentals. The rest of her portfolio is in passive real estate investments. These real estate endeavors keep her busy enough and support the travel bug!
