A quiet, restorative space to come back to yourself.

Modern life is overstimulating. Whether it’s work, screens, relationships, or just the weight of carrying too much for too long—your nervous system wasn’t meant to operate like this.

Nervous System Reset is a weekly in-person gathering designed to help you unwind, ground, and return to a calm center—without needing to perform, explain, or process out loud.

What to expect:
• A quiet space (low light, warm tone, phone-free)
• Gentle breath guidance or seated stillness
• A brief centering prompt or silent field drop-in
• No group sharing required
• Just come as you are. You’ll know what to do.

You don’t need to “be into meditation” or have any experience. This is a space for real nervous system repair—not self-improvement.

Wear something comfortable. Bring a water bottle. Come early if you want to sit in silence before we begin.
Sessions are 45–60 minutes long.
