... you know, in a low key, introverted sort of way 🙂. We did this same workout a few years ago, and it was pretty fun! Granted, I felt a bit silly and uncoordinated at times, but that is all part of the fun!

About the event:
Unleash your inner rockstar during this cardio jam session at Green Acres Food Truck Park! This 45-min outdoor class is to help benefit Bustin out of Boise organization. $10 donation gets you the Rockout Workout and a drink/ice cream of your choice after class.

The workout:
The workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music. An energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping workout, each strike of the Ripstix releases a primal aggression as well as a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement. POUND allows you to truly become the music.
Afterwards, we can head down to the food truck park for our drink and/or ice cream.

Our donations will do towards supporting women with cancer who are going through treatment. Their mission is to alleviate the challenges they face by offering services such as house cleaning, meal assistance, laundry service, transportation, landscaping, and more. ALL WOMEN - ALL CANCERS
