Earth Day Volunteer Greenbelt and River Clean Up in Eagle

Boise River Enhancement Network is teaming up with Athleta to show the Boise River some love for Earth Day and looking for some great volunteers for an hour and a half. Join us to help protect our own backyard with a community cleanup event along the greenbelt. All ages are welcome, but Athleta asks that you not bring dogs to the event. Snacks and trash bags will be provided. Please bring gloves and water to stay hydrated and also wear shoes and clothes appropriate for crawling around bushes and potentially walking around the beach sections of the river. As a way to say thank you, Athleta will also be raffling off prizes at the end of the event. If you choose to participate, please click the link below for more information. Since this is not a meetup sponsored event, you will be REQUIRED to register for the event. Registration is free and only requires your full name, email address and your acknowledgement of their waiver and release as well as how many guests you will be bringing. This is so Athleta can get a headcount of how many volunteers they will have the day of the event. If you have been looking for an opportunity to do some volunteering in our community, now is your chance. After the cleanup event we can head over as a group and grab dinner at Taziki's Mediterranean or Caci Wood-Fired Grill and chat. Hope you are able to attend!
