Let's Hike Table Rock!

It's been a while since we've hiked Table Rock together! The smoke actually hasn't been too bad this summer, so fingers crossed we have nice, clear skies to enjoy the lovely Boise landscape. Sunrise is projected to be around 7:07am.

We'll be doing a casual to medium pace up to the top. After a brief rest, we'll take the quarry trail and loop back around.

Plan on making a few stops along the way up for a breather and photo opportunities. Dress in layers and bring water / hiking poles. Dogs are welcome and can be off leash as long as they aren't total jerks... I plan on bringing my puggle, even though she can be idiotic at times 🙂

Park at the Old Penitentiary Trailhead, and please be careful when putting "Table Rock" into your GPS. You don't want to end up driving straight to the top, haha (it happens). Please try your best to be on time, as it we will be leaving promptly after the meeting time.

Length: Approx. 3.5 miles round trip
Elevation: 885 ft
