What we’re about
Boise ITSM was formed in November 2017 with the goal to inspire our audience to become better IT leaders by learning from and sharing with others in our community. By doing this, we will help fill an IT Service Management void currently present in businesses throughout the Treasure Valley.
Our vision is to host monthly meetings, present on informative topics and feature engaging speakers focused on Service Management and related frameworks and practices. Boise ITSM stands apart from other interest groups because of our value-added approach. Each presentation contains actionable steps, procedures, and/or information for immediate use within your organization, and we encourage feedback on how the learnings were implemented in future meetings. Member participation, input and collaboration is crucial for the success and growth of Boise ITSM and the Treasure Valley business community.
