All welcome - Console Logging, and Design Patterns

Details

Hello Fellowship and friends! Our next meeting will be on May 11th and we're going to try to change things up a little bit.

Zachary Mixon of Vynyl will be presenting on Console Logging: How to get a better look at what your JS code is doing while it runs

"You've just finished writing a solution to a particularly tough problem and you spin up node only to have it sit there... doing nothing. What went wrong? How could it possibly have gone wrong in the first place?!

Dive into the wonderful features available to us through the use of Console Logging and Node Inspector and start spending your time squashing bugs instead of finding them!"

Jake Overall of Boise CodeWorks will be presenting Design Patterns: The foundation of Software Engineering

"We all know Frameworks are always changing, and we shouldn't really be complaining about it too much... For the most part the new frameworks are greatly improving our applications and our overall developer happiness.

I'm sure most have heard of the newest rage and are starting to wonder what exactly is Redux, and should you be using it? Let's take some time to discuss the Redux pattern and see if it makes sense to start integrating it into your software solutions."
