Boise has been growing in support for the queer community, but there is yet to be Sapphic centered spaces. Many queer spaces may still feel unsafe for sapphics and/or ace-spectrum individuals
### Boise Sapphic Singles | LGBTQ+ Women & Nonbinary Sapphics
A space for sapphic singles in the Treasure Valley to connect, socialize, and build community—without the pressure of mixed-gender spaces.
🌈 Who We Are:
A sapphic-only group for lesbian/bisexual/queer women, nonbinary lesbians, and transmasc nonbinary folks who share sapphic experiences. Whether you want friendship, flirting, or just a break from allo/het norms, this is your space.
✨ Inclusivity at a Glance:
- Trans women are women—always welcome!
- Transmasculine nonbinary people who identify with the sapphic community are also welcome
- Binary trans men are men and thus not part of this space (with love and respect for y’all elsewhere!).
- Ace-spec friendly - Many queer spaces revolve around hook up culture. This is a calmer space that values friendship and connection as well
🍂 What We Do (Depending on Budgets/Interest!):
- Low-cost: Coffee meets, queer book clubs, poetry/writing nights, potlucks.
- Themed fun: Craft nights, trivia/game nights, DnD one-shots.
- Splurge-y (if folks pitch in): Drag show outings, reserved event spaces.
*Note: Many events will be free or pay-your-own-way as we start up
