Boise ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) April Meetup

Hi all,

Welcome to our first official Boise ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) meetup! We did meet last fall as part of the Cask event but took a break over the winter. We are excited to connect with you, learn with you, and grow together in our ServiceNow journey and would love for you to join us!

• High-level Overview of ServiceNow GenAI
• Key Updates in the Washington D.C. family version release

The building is at the intersection of Eagle Road and Pine Avenue the main entrance is off Pine Ave. closer to the intersection, but no matter which entrance you use there will be signage directing you to the visitor’s parking lot towards the front of the building facing Eagle Road. Once parked you will enter the main lobby and be directed to sign in your point of contact is Michael Case, after signing let the security team know you will be attending the SNUG meeting in the Palouse conference room (RM-C225) they will direct you to where to go. Michael will make every effort to meet you in the lobby as well.
