As you step into our peaceful studio and settle onto your mat, you'll begin with a grounding meditation to center your mind. You'll then ease into restorative postures, fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and props, to achieve deep relaxation. Throughout the session, Alison—a Licensed Massage Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher—will provide hands-on therapeutic massage, addressing areas of tension with gentle, intuitive touch. Mindfulness prompts are woven into each pose, encouraging you to stay present and aware. This class is designed to deliver profound relaxation and help release stress and tension from your body. By the end you will have received a full body massage and have a specific area addressed where you may need more attention. Whether you need relief from chronic pain, a way to unwind from stress, or a peaceful escape from daily pressures, YoMassage offers a sanctuary for relaxation and renewal. Experience the healing power of mindfulness, rest, and therapeutic massage in this transformative class.

No previous yoga or massage experience is needed—everyone is welcome. Bring yourself and an open heart, ready to enjoy the soothing blend of mindfulness, deep rest, and massage that YoMassage provides.

Each session is uniquely tailored to the group's energy and individual needs, ensuring that no two classes are the same.
