Carly won’t be there but another great band will be! The Collective is a high-energy band covering the top 40 hits of the 90’s, 00’s and today. They are known for their dynamic performances and engaging stage presence.

Halley Rise is a large grassy space behind the Reston Wegman's. The address is 2025 Fulton Place, Reston. You can park on the street or in the Wegman's garage and walk across the street.
