Mandatory Recess at the Winery at Sunshine Ridge

Mandatory Recess is a free-range, locally-sourced, hand-crafted cover band in the Washington, DC region. If they're not riding unicorns through pastel colored rainbows while saluting rock trailblazers like JB and Nigel Tufnel, Mandatory Recess are busy playing awesome rock covers from the 70's to today. From Tom Petty to Foo Fighters, and Doobie Brothers to Red Hot Chili Peppers, this four piece rock roller coaster will take you on a ride you won't soon forget! We will get there at 2:00 to grab a couple tables in front of the stage. Bring a chair for added comfort. The band starts at 3:00. Since we will be outside everyone can bring food to share. If you prefer to purchase food the winery offers, charcuterie, flatbreads and hot pretzels. In addition there will be a food truck.
