Leading the festivity is DJ Prashant—the son of an Indian Air Force veteran and a pioneering force in Desi nightlife. Since leaving Intel in 2009 to become a full‑time artist, DJ, and event producer, he has spent 17+ years bringing people together through Indian music and culture, with a journey from Cornell‑educated engineer to cultural trailblazer that continues to inspire Asian Americans to pursue their passions. As an ex‑Intel engineer turned DJ, choreographer, singer, and community organizer, his enthralling sets weave interactive dance lessons and performances into an irresistible blend of global dance music.
