Domain Driven Design: A True Story

Hi everyone,
as the new meetup organizer I'm proud to announce an upcoming event! We will talk about Domain Driven Design (DDD) with Walter Nuccio and Chiara Barbagianni on Tuesday November 29th.

DDD is a software design approach that focuses on the business domain.
As Martin Fowler, software developer international public speaker, says "Domain-Driven Design is an approach to software development that centers the development on programming a domain model that has a rich understanding of the processes and rules of a domain. [...] The approach is particularly suited to complex domains, where a lot of often-messy logic needs to be organized." (find more in his website).

Walter and Chiara, respectively Software Engineer and Big Data Engineer @ Agile Lab, will lead a conversation about DDD and its fundamentals, from basic DDD to patterns and advanced applications. We will learn what DDD is but also why and how it is so useful to correctly model the business domain in our applications.
