About us

Participants of the New Massage Services Market in Malaysia, built and launched on the modern Web 3.0 platform BomEbo and powered by AI.

ATTENTION: Do not confuse Web 3.0 with blockchain and crypto - they are not the same thing! Web 3.0 is a new architecture for complex distributed/decentralized internet systems.

In accordance with Malaysian legislation, 51% of the company will be distributed to Malaysian citizens who participate in the meetings and the registration of the company for this new market in Malaysia.

Our new market does not encroach upon the current/old spa and massage services market. We are well-aware of the challenges within the current market, including their salon business models and the shortage of qualified specialists. By driving the Digital Transformation of the massage services industry through the BomEbo platform, we are supplying this new market with a high volume of satisfied clients and accessible work for high-quality, independent massage therapists.

Initially, we will be inviting participants from the Malaysian massage market into this new market. To achieve this, we are hosting events and meetings for them. A series of meetings will be held, during which we aim to inform as many Malaysians as possible who are involved in the massage business and healthcare sectors about the registration of the local company. During these sessions, we will address participant questions and discuss topics such as:

  • Massage market research.
  • The impact of massage on public health, productivity, and well-being.
  • Value added, quality, and market volume.
  • The three current massage business models in the current/old market and their shortcomings.
  • Web 3.0, AI, and our new market for massage services.
  • The readiness of people in the new market.
  • Market Adaptation.
  • A unique marketing plan.
  • A financial plan.
  • The Malay language and design adaptations of the BomEbo platform for users in Malaysia.
  • Global or regional business?
  • Company structure and business model.
  • Corporate operational processes and their allocation among employees.
  • Engaging a lawyer to handle registration and formalize the transfer of company shares.
  • Pre-Incorporation Contract (Under Section 65 of the Malaysian Companies Act 2016)

The outcome of the group meetings will be the registration of a company in Malaysia, with a 51% equity share distributed among active meeting participants, including massage business entrepreneurs, massage therapists, doctors, dentists, and nurses. If the number of Malaysian participants is too low at the time of registration, a portion of the shares may be reserved for them for future acquisition at market price. The remaining 49% will belong to founders, sponsors, investors, foreign specialists, and technology/license providers.

It is important to note that there are psychologically impacted individuals who associate massage services with sexual services. These are individuals with cognitive biases or those who have experienced sexual services masked as a massage business. We do not welcome such individuals into the establishment of our new market in Malaysia, and the digital transformation platform for the massage business strictly prohibits the provision of illegal services. Our goal is to make the services of independent professional massage therapists accessible to everyone without intermediaries, thereby extending the health and work capacity of an aging population.
