This workshop explores how to create NPCs who matter not because they appear often, but because of what they leave behind. Using the “Shaun” archetype as inspiration, we’ll look at how absence can carry emotional and narrative weight. Together, we’ll explore consequence-driven storytelling that lingers long after the scene ends.

Join voice actor, writer, and narrative designer Kevin R. Czarnecki for an immersive workshop focused on building unforgettable worlds and compelling characters. With credits at Onyx Path Publishing, Catalyst Game Labs, and other major RPG studios, Kevin shares professional narrative design techniques used in published games and fiction—along with practical tools you can apply immediately at your table. The workshop concludes with an interactive Q&A session and time to connect.

Hosted with Royal Rogues Academy. Please support Bonus Round Game Cafe by ordering food or drinks during the event! Your $5 reservation fee will be applied towards the purchase of any food or beverage.
