Join us for a fun and energizing Boogie4Wellbeing meetup where we will dance to a perfect blend of old and new music, on weekends and some work nights in Bristol (cos some people have week days off). Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a newbie looking to release stress and boost your mental health, our group offers a supportive and welcoming environment for people to come together to enjoy music, social dancing, and the occasional silent disco. Let's jam the night away to music with rhythm such as Funk classics, 90s + naughties r&b, a splash of house & garage, some Salsa & merenge but also not forgetting Afrobeat...
If you are new to the city, a respectful adult or even a couple of parents wanting to get away from the stress of parenting... this is for you. If you once enjoyed dancing but life has taken that away from you lately, or if you still dance but want a change of scenery, come connect with others who share the same interest and believe dancing is one of the best ways to recharge ourselves.
