24 hour catamaran experience - NOW FULL

A great opportunity to experience catamaran sailing at a super low price.

Join the boat in Gosport on Saturday lunchtime to meet the skipper and have an introduction to the boat. We'll set off on Saturday afternoon to sail West along the Solent to Cowes or a bit further to Yarmouth or Lymington. The exact itinerary depends on the weather.

The cost includes your berth on our catamaran for Saturday night, professional skipper/instructor, fuel & gas and use of all safety gear. We share the cost of mooring and lunch/snacks eaten on board. There is paid parking at the marina or free parking in the road outside.

The yacht has a total of 14 berths - 8 in four double cabins, 2 in the saloon, 3 in the outer saloon and 1 in a crew bunk, although we will be limiting numbers to a maximum of 8. However, if you are coming alone and want to guarantee a cabin to yourself, you can select this under 'options' for a small supplement.

We provide pillows, so you need only bring a pillow case and sleeping bag. There is plenty of shelter on a catamaran, but we would also suggest you bring some warm clothing and a shower-proof coat just in case. Having said that, the sea is warm in early October, so you might also bring some swimming stuff. The yacht is well equipped with full safety equipment (including lifejackets) and is coded and inspected by the Maritime and Coastguard Authority for commercial use.

This sailing trip will be suitable for those any amount of sailing experience including novices, and provides a good taster to catamaran sailing.
