Easter sailing mile-builder

Details
Join us for a four-day catamaran sailing mile-builder to Weymouth and back
Our plan is to head out to the West and make the most of the long weekend to get to Weymouth, stopping on the way or way back in the Western Solent, Poole or at anchor in Swanage Bay. As always, the exact itinerary depends on the weather.
Typically we meet on the evening before departure day on board the boat and the skipper will familiarise you with the layout and equipment on board. Once everyone has settled in, we'll finalise our plans to suit wind, tides and as far as possible the guest preferences, and also decide what's needed in the way of supplies. We'll share the cost of the shopping and then maybe head out for a meal in a local pub or restaurant.
Don't worry if you're running late, you can join us anytime in the evening or come down early the following morning (just give the skipper a call first to check the plans).
On departure day we'll have a safety brief and then set off. Timing will depend on how far we got and the weather forecast, so we might have breakfast on the go, or maybe brunch at anchor later in the morning. The skipper will get you involved in handling the sails, helming, keeping watch, some navigation and of course the domestics. If there's time, we'll stop for lunch on a buoy or at anchor and in the summer you may be tempted by a swim. By late afternoon/early evening, we'll be approaching our overnight stop and getting the boat ready to moor up. In the winter months, that's likely to be including some night sailing. In any event, the skipper will talk you through navigation and entry in to our chosen port whether its by day or in the dark. Unless we're being self-sufficient by anchoring overnight, there will be walk ashore facilities and restaurants nearby.
The cost includes accommodation on board, professional skipper, use of all safety equipment and boat fuel.
There is parking at our base in Gosport Marina (paid) and outside the marina (free) or we're easily accessible by train. You pay for meals ashore and obviously your travel costs to/from the boat. We will split the cost of food on board (breakfast/lunch) and mooring overnight. Accommodation on board is in one of the double cabins, in the saloon or you could try the small crew bunk in the bow. If you come with someone else you'll get a double cabin to yourselves and a small discount too. Alternatively if you're on your own, we'll allocate cabins to those booking first or you can pay a supplement to guarantee a cabin to yourself.
